We have worked in Wollongong for over 15 years, Duplex Building Design provides residential clients a flexible and professional approach to building design and drafting. We work with Revit which is the industry leading software for 3D design and drafting to produce plans and 3D renders for you to review and submit to the relevant approval authorities.
We’ve worked with a diverse range of clients in Wollongong and pride ourselves on bending over backwards to provide plans and documentation that meet the needs of your family, tenants and customers.
We provide all residential design and drafting services. from renovation plans, Development application, construction certificate drawings to new home or duplex designs.
